This site contains a myriad of stories, knowledge and experiences of Indigenous peoples in Alberta. Indigenous peoples in Alberta come from diverse cultures, languages, and communities. Voices of the Land includes joyous, celebratory, difficult, and traumatic stories, all of which are authentic and important.


	This section is for stories about family members or families as a whole. Kinship is expansive for Indigenous peoples and has different connotations for different nations.


	This category showcases Indigenous language content from the diverse Indigenous languages in Alberta and beyond. This could come in the form of video lessons in the language, audio clips of songs, or written text.


	This category displays content on core cultural teaching and Indigenous worldviews. Alberta has a diversity of Indigenous Nations who all have different culture and worldviews, some of which can be explored in this category.


	Learning about the past is integral to how we move forward. This category contains teachings about the past and how Indigenous people have continued to resist colonialism in order to maintain their culture.
