Chinook Arch Regional Library System
Thriving Libraries.
Thriving Communities.
Chinook Arch Regional Library System was formed in 1992, and today it includes 33 libraries in 41 member municipalities across southern Alberta, on traditional Blackfoot territory. All libraries within the Chinook Arch Regional Library System are located on the lands of the Blackfoot people. We pay respect to the Blackfoot people past, present, and future while recognizing and respecting their cultural heritage, beliefs, and relationship to the land. This land is also home to the Metis Nation of Alberta, Region III.
