Terry Lusty Media

Terry Lusty, Metis historian, former school teacher, poet, author, and photojournalist has a long standing history and is especially noted for his journalism and photography over five decades. Originally from Manitoba, he's lived in Alberta since the mid-1960's in Calgary, Wabasca and Ft. Chipewyan, and Edmonton where he currently resides. Terry has served many years on various boards and committees in the native community such as the Canadian Native Friendship Centre, Metis Historical Society (founder), Edm. Aboriginal Seniors Centre, National Residential Schools Survivors Society, etc and is quite proud of being a founding member of the North American Indigenous Games, first conducted in 1990.
