This project includes the research and re-creation of the First Meetings between Alberta’s First Nations people and the French Voyageurs along the setting of Edmonton’s River Valley.
Through a national contest students from across Alberta were invited to create a work of art representing what Reconciliation means to them. Winners were invited to an event with Alberta's Lieutenant Governor where they shared their artwork and discussed.
